BBA are delighted to see the progress at Foxlands, the former Pursey’s Garage site, within the rural village setting of Walton, in Somerset.
BBA developed an existing reserved matters application, improving the existing housing provision originally approved and thus ensuring the site’s viability for both EG Carter and the Aster Group. The site will now provide 19 new two and three bedroom, shared ownership homes. Within the developed design a mix of external materials has been used to creating a bespoke palette for this small housing site, and thus reducing a repetitive and homogenous development.
Six houses are due to be handed over at the end of 2020, with the remainder to follow in Spring/Summer 2021.
