Phase 2 of the large Douglas Quarter development is currently under construction. Douglas Quarter is a large urban regeneration project within the Kingswood area of Bristol. The scheme was masterplanned and designed by BBA Architects, and will provide over 300 dwellings and public open space.
The Douglas Quarter site will replace an area of largely dilapidated commercial buildings and is being developed by Douglas Homes, with affordable homes being provided for Livewest. BBA are retained to provide the Building Regulation drawings.
