Work continues at the former ‘Philips Yard’, The Street in Yatton Keynell.
The site previously housed a vehicular repair site with two large industrial style workshops. These buildings have now been demolished and seven exclusive detached houses are to be constructed, with completion due to Summer 2021.
The site is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within the picturesque Cotswold village of Yatton Keynell, near Castle Combe, north Wiltshire. BBA obtained planning approval in 2019 and are now looking forward to seeing the site progress and working in collaboration with Princeton Homes.
